1.  Make sure your internet is working by opening any other site or app which needs internet to work. If your others sites are not working and opening then you need to find and solve your internet problem first. By solving internet problems your problem this site can’t be reached will be solved automatically. If your other sites are working all right then move on toward 2nd solution.
2.  Tap on the three dots option on the top of your browser right corner> Select settings>Select privacy and security in menu>Select security>Scroll down and in advanced find use secure DNS  This time custom DNS with family filter will be selected you have to select with your current service provider. 3. The one and most important solution to open such site is the use of the VPN proxy server. Install any VPN from play store or chrome such turbo, proxy master etc. and change your server location and now open that site now 100% sure that site will be opened without any problem.
